Narrative Score

Mercialys is transitioning to a low-carbon economy: a climate strategy is in place, associated with a low-carbon trajectory certified by SBTi.
This was defined following a real risk study, to ensure the coherence of the model.
Mercialys involves all its stakeholders, in particular the tenants of the shopping centers, in the process and proposes concrete solutions to reduce their carbon impact.
