Performance Score

ADP's overall performance rating reflects its strengths and areas for improvement.
In the strengths:
- Decarbonization targets on scopes 1, 2 and 3, which is reflected by a good score in module 1.
It is however emphasized that the scope of the target on scope 3 does not take into account all emissions related to aircraft transport but only the landing/takeoff phases.
- Good structuring of the approach at the governance level (module 5)
- Voluntary approach with regard to its value chain and its public commitment, valued by modules 6, 7 and 8.
In terms of areas for improvement:
- The decrease in emissions on scopes 1 and 2 is real but remains partially aligned with the rate of decline compatible with a 1.5°C world
- A lack of forward-looking elements materializing the reduction objectives which penalizes modules 2 and 4, a lack of iso-methodology monitoring of scope 3 emissions which does not allow the past trend to be assessed on this perimeter, and an alignment of investments (CAPEX) which is still weak
- An engagement strategy which does not provide for the systematic implementation of penalty/reward systems, necessary to ensure a tangible impact on the value chain.

- A questioning of the projected business model in a low-carbon world given the core of the activity (air transport support infrastructure).
It is emphasized that the company has a strategic role and links with the State, the largest shareholder, which would require the latter to be involved in any significant development.

Narrative Score

The strong commitments and the good structuring of the group's transition approach on the one hand are offset on the other hand by the risk of overall compatibility of the business model in a low-carbon world, in the absence of the emergence of a decarbonized air transport solution (high technological risk), hence an average narrative score of C.

Trend score

Given the elements present, it is difficult to form a reliable opinion on the prospects for the evolution of the ACT note in the future.
A "+" factor is therefore favored.
